Explore

A home that
never forgets
where it is

Behind an olive-green botanical facade on one of Mérida's most beloved streets. Designed by Manolo Mestre. Handmade teal tiles, lime-washed walls, vaulted beam ceilings — local materials, local artisans, quiet luxury.

A staircase rises beside an orange tree to the elevated pool. From there: a sacred Ceiba, Chakah trees, native garden. Ten rooms open toward it — each a different view of the same world. For groups, celebrations, slow gatherings.

The common spaces

La sala — sunken red velvet banquette, jade tile floor, woven tapestry

La Sala

A sunken banquette in deep red velvet, jade handmade tiles underfoot, and a hand-woven tapestry on lime-washed walls. The social heart of the house, opening toward the garden.

La alberca — elevated pool beneath the ceiba canopy, ringed by native garden

La Alberca

An elevated pool set beneath the canopy of the sacred ceiba, ringed by native garden and daybeds — cool, quiet water in the Yucatán heat.

El comedor — long hardwood table, open shelves of Yucatecan ceramics

El Comedor

A long table in local hardwood, open shelves of Yucatecan ceramics, and a kitchen built for long, slow meals together — the kind groups linger over.

El jardín — native garden of ceiba, chakah, huaya and palms

El Jardín

A native garden grown around the trees that were already here — ceiba, chakah, huaya and palms, alive with birds and stingless bees. Meet its residents →
